A Versatile Background
Well versed in the travel and hospitality industry, Ms. Kundell has
conducted public relations campaigns for both large and small
organizations, encompassing corporate, business, and leisure issues.
Clients have included American Express, Inter-Continental Hotels,
Cunard Line, and more. Her background includes five years as public
relations/marketing manager for Club Med during its single largest
period of growth in the U.S., and as vice president at Herman
Associates Public Relations in New York, she has guided the
communications efforts of the United States Tour Operators
Association (USTOA) since 1987. Today she continues that role as
principal of her own communications practice.
The Editorial Equation
Ms. Kundell knows both sides of the communications equation: client
and editorial. A highly experienced writer, her magazine articles
have appeared in Gentlemen's Quarterly, Travel & Leisure,
Travel/Holiday, Travel Agent, and more.
An International Perspective
Conversant in French and Italian, Ms. Kundell brings an international
perspective to her work. Having traveled extensively in more than
25 countries, she is sensitive to the distinctions between various
cultures.
